Head Honcho                                        James Nicholson

James is a Young Entrepreneur who first came across a Graphics Tablet while travelling across Asia in 2003.  He instantly knew this gadget was going to be a huge success and wanted to be a part of it.  He set up Micro Heaven in 2004 and has not looked back, he now scours the universe looking for the latest and greatest Graphics Tablets for his customers.  He spends all his waking hours making www.tabletworld.co.uk the greatest Graphic Tablet store on the internet.

 

Content & Marketing Manager           Chris Shore  

Chris has been with Micro Heaven from the beginning and has a wealth of experience in the e-commerce industry.  Chris is responsible for the look and feel of the site and is responsible for providing you with all the information you require to make your purchase.  If you have any comments on the look at feel of the site then please let Chris know.

 

Content Editor & Technical Genius!   Mark Shipton

Mark has been with Micro Heaven for just shy of two years and is Chris's right hand man.  Mark helps Chris load the thousands of products we have onto our site and makes sure there are no bugs to prevent you finding what you need.  He is a whiz with Computers and coding and helps keep our infrastructure running.

 

Warehouse Manager                           Brendan Elsbury

Brendan is the man who is responsible for making sure all your lovely accessories arrive with you on time.  He makes sure the couriers arrive on time to collect your items and kicks the guys in the warehouse into shape to make sure your orders go out on time.  Rarely a smile comes from this man until all your orders have left the building.  He is a big Fan of Martial Arts which helps him keep his members of staff in line!!!

 

Customer Service                                Louisa Peck

Louisa deals with all your product queries and questions you may have.  She chases couriers, suppliers and Royal Mail all day to make sure your orders arrive with you safely and on time. She deals with all your weird and wonderful questions and can find a product to suit your requirements.
